Country Restrictions The following countries we are NOT allowed to pay due to the Federal Trade Commission. These countries may only use their earnings for ads. Any payout requests from these countries will be denied and earnings placed back into your account: Albania Angola Bosnia Burma Cote d'Ivoire Cuba Iran Iraq Liberia Libya Macedonia North Korea Serbia Sierra Leone Sudan Syria Zimbabwe Please DO NOT REQUEST PAYPAL PAYOUT if your country is on the following list. UPGRADES; Apr 19, 2010

Went through terms and the way script is set up, best way for you to secure upgrade and be paid your full amount is to upgrade around and after the 10th of month;-) Example; If you upgrade on 1st of month and don't get to your payout until the 2nd you are now a Free member again and only be paid 1% of cashout where as if you upgrade on 10th and I pay you on 2nd you are still upgraded and will receive the higher share. If for some reason I will be late paying you (but within terms) I will let you know;-)
